Technically the first dude is somewhat right but the gun the hitman was using is a pistol so most likely 9mm or .45 and bullets going at a high spin rate and high speed results in the nerves not being able to detect the shot thus creating a pain that felt like burning. I do not know how sensitive a female's breasts is but I'd say she felt something burning that penetrated her heart and if it's a .45 then the exit wound would be significantly larger. I don't know this is my opinion
