^^ This actually seems like it's really well animated tbh. It's just that sfm is not that good and doesn't have any fluids pretty much. Just a limitation of the software I think.

Considering quite a few of SFM artists have already moved to Blender, I'd assume it's not as hard as you think, It's probably comparable to SFM in a sense, but has extra features. (like actual fluid simulation.)

Fluid sim isn't always good, tbh. I remember this one animation of a snake girl gangbang where the fluid sim looked like someone really liked sewer pipes.
