There's nothing on this art that mentions the newground page of the artist, only his signature "@KRWart", which doesn't really help finding him if you're not familiar with his work.

Nevermind, I was using bing which didn't yield any result for it. But still, even if you have the art, that doesn't mean you have its original source, and some people won't bother trying to find it, even if it takes them a few seconds to do so. That's why there's something called "tagme" but it doesn't prevent people to put the wrong tags anyway.
