To answer your question ItzzOver, While I'm pretty sure this is a drawing (correct me if I'm wrong) A shitton of practice, and lighting. Lighting can make or break a SFM piece, and is WAY more important in 3d than 2d. Also, it has something to do with posing, one problem alot of people have is they're no good at posing in 3d. Really, when it comes down to it, Just practice alot, and you'll get the hang of it
