what r u talking about anon? looking forward? but this is a 2005-2008 erogame series by tinklebell and this is not live2d, its just animated like this

I wasn't aware that this was old (especially that old), I thought it was new because of the date. And yes, I do think they've used some sort of special animation technique that predates live2D, so that's why I said one of the original animators. It's definitely a similar style.
