Just saw the full animation: wouldn't recommend the ending, if you could avoid it. After this, Kaoru basically forces the guy to watch some slutty pink-haired girl he has feelings for get gang-banged by two random dudes while he struggles to decide if he wants to stop them or not (he doesn't). The game's ending has the dude stick with Karou in the end anyway iirc. Good ending, she's way hotter.
