Her SFM model is outdated and horrible to work with that's why. Also her in game model is like Yao Ming with her ridiculous super long legs and arms. That's why its better off to have her head hacked into other bodies with reasonable portions.

Bayonetta's atypical proportions being the reason there are so few animations of her is a pretty flimsy rationale when so, so many animators like to give men and women three foot long dicks. Call any of them out on the fact someone would be getting their organs ruptured, there will always be people who respond with something like, "It's just fantasy, bro!"
