The brunette is actually Green ("Blue" in Japanese) from the POKMON Adventures manga. Her hairstyle is a bit different from Leaf who is the female counterpart to Red in the games (and who may have been inspired by Green).On another note, Green in POKMON Let's Go Pikachu/Eevee is more directly inspired by Green in the manga, having "Blue" as her Japanese name as well.

To be fair, Manga!Green herself ended up being redesigned to look like Leaf later on in the manga.

I like that the cosplay of mismagius that Kris brings is without stockings, leaving her barefoot, so it represents better that the pokemon is flying in my opinion, it also looks very hot! :)
