I hated how they just up and decided to give all the zanpaktou humanoid forms, Its like they were thinking "hmm what dont we have enough of in this show?... OH I KNOW POINTLESS CHARACTERS AND BIG BUUBIEZ YEAH WE NEED MOAR OF THOZ!!! I enjoyed seeing zabimaru as a baboon with white fur and the head of a snake for a tail, it gave him depth but now the only depth zabimaru has now is the "depth" of his/her cleavage. That was the arc that made me lose interest and respect for bleach

Thats probably what gave them the idea to re-do all the zanpaktou, after all that arc is a filler and was not in the manga. Also that was just a concept so for technical reasons we cant consider that Zabimaru but i get your point Lunatic
