I can't speak for everyone, but for me it started out as a fetish for pregnancy, and then it just became big round bellies in general, then I started loving seeing the bellies grow, so, that's your explanation from at least one person

As far as someone like me goes, kinda developed inflation kinks for some reason out of nowhere but enjoy the idea, mostly from bulges but I developed into enjoy this kinda crazy shit, especially in rp scenarios.
