^^ Ovipositors are for egg laying. Don't think that requires a lot of research. Also, ovipositors are for insects, and insects don't feed on human milk. Mammals do. They don't even look like they came from an insect mixing with Lara, more like a Ghoul or other monster from Witcher 3, monsters which this artist seems to favour. I consider everything else to be potentially valid, but I found your emphasis on ovipositors humorous. Undoubtedly a fetish of yours.
