One of these days someone somewhere will find the original VHS/DVDs and digitizes them with proper quality. It won't be anytime soon, since absolute majority of it was completely destroyed by creator himself after he was apprehended by the police, was sued to all hell by several anime making companies, served jail time, and then an-hero'ed shortly after that.So some of the content is simply nonexistent anymore (since it was created waaay before the advent of the digital preservation age and even before the web 2.0 era had started) in it's original raw form, and that which still does is being hidden in collectors' scalping hands.Most of Ra Na Monto's stuff is lost forevermore, and the part of that which is currently available online is heavily compressed and extremely low-quality rips of the survived chunks (there was WAAAY more than that available on ComiKets back in early-to-mid 90s, initially). There are SCREENSHOTS of high-res raws from this particular scene available (on exhentai, for example) on the net, so there is at least 100% proof that actual original raws are of much better quality than what we can see here, but alas - the original in it's uncompressed high-res state is currently nonexistent in digitized form anywhere in the world wide web.
