Alternate Ending:She starts vomiting tons of blood, and slowly grows quieter.She keeps vomiting blood, but starts vomiting out the fish as well.The fish swim back inside her 3 holes, only to get vomited back out.She chokes and cries out in pain as the fish get caught in her throat and start eating it out.After vomiting blood for 15 minutes, she is quiet.

There isn't just one reason for liking guro. many people like it for many different reasons. they might envision themselves as the victim, as the perpetrator, or as a third party, or just not self-insert at all. it can be standard masochism, standard sadism, either one taken to an extreme. or it could be an attraction to blood itself, or the extremities of the emotion. there isn't any one reason.
