Her official English name is Pandel according to the English localizations of both Dragon Ball Fusions and Dragon Ball Z: Dokkan Battle both games in which she appears.

Just to clarify she is an EX-Fusion thus she should be wearing Metamo-Ring as it maintains their fusion (it is created when the Metamo-Rings worn by Pan and Videl fuse with them after they perform the Fusion Dance.
