THE NAMES ARE INCONSISTENET! Nagisa's first name is, well, Nagisa but his last is Shiota so in Japanese it would be Shiota Nagisa but, Rio is Nakamura's first name so then its Nakamura Rio but the tag is Rio nakamura. People in Japan commonly go by last names unless close with whom is speaking, like good friends or family, however if they choose to they can refer to themselves as their first names. Nagisa prefers his first name but Nakamura goes by her last, however, when writing the full name it does not matter, first name then last name
