Actually she doesn't. A bunch of the overwatch characters are missing limbs. Mccree is missing an arm, junk junkrat is missing an arm and a leg, torb is missing an arm and leg and genji is missing almost everything.

Nope. She's just wearing a gauntlet. Jeff Kaplan actually confirmed this. So: She has both of her arms.

Too bad for you Kaplan isn’t the writer. Michael Chu explicitly stated in a twitter post that it’s a prosthetic, and implied she willingly gave up a healthy arm in the name of duty to have the hardlight implements installed. If you doubt this, just look at her doll joined fingers. Even architect in the comics has a prosthetic arm under her glove, albeit not in the game. The game is non-canon anyway tho.
