Kitty. Not "doggie" a kitty. Nanaki is feline, specifically, leonine. he resembles a lion far more than any canine. The wide triangular nose is found on cats not dogs, dogs have more rounded noses almost like buttons. His fangs are also more forward than a dogs. Cat's fangs are in the front, while canine fangs are actually on the sides. His hind feet are also shorter in proportion to the rest of his body than a dog's. That long tufted tail of his also looks exactly like a lion's and even his pupils are slitted, like a cat's. Dogs have round pupils.
