Something about 2 characters, one being the player character having been born by Alma, taken away - etc. I can't recall if FEAR 1 player character is the father or the same as FEAR 2. At any rate, something similar DID happen at the end of the game, although I believe there wasn't any nudity.

The protagonist and antagonist in FEAR 1 are her sons.
The protagonist in FEAR 2 is a different guy and she rapes him at the end
Fear 3 is all about her having a baby
