This was part of an art contest the held on hentai-foundry back when Tales of Vesperia was pretty new.

The lady knight character is the distrustful, protag-hating lieutenant to your rival and sells you out at one point, so the objective was to draw a "punishment". Some went for bondage, others for guro.
