Disregarding the person currently stuffing themselves down femshep's throat, would this activity technically be considered incest or masturbation?

If this is all within one timeline AKA, femshep and maleshep are non-identical twins, then this is definitely a case of incest.(PS we can rule out them being identical twins since femshep doesn't show the tell-tale signs of Turner Syndrome that she would have developed had both her and her brother come from the same egg.)

However, if this is a case of two alternate universes where the only differing "choice" or "factor" that separates them is commander Shepard's gender upon birth... well...Logically that would mean that in one universe the sperm of the father was carrying a Y-chromosome, whereas in the other the sperm was carrying an X-chromosome. Let's assume that in both, the egg is the same.As such, they share *at least* 50% of their DNA, but could be more, depending on how similar or different those two sperm were to each other. Let's be unrealistically liberal with the level of similarity and say that the only thing that differs between these two alternate universe sperm cells is the 23rd chromosome. In this instance, maleshep and femshep share 45 chromosomes out of 46. That means they are 97.83% identical to one another. In essence, they are *almost* clones. In this very specific (and highly contrived) scenario, where all the choices of femshep and maleshep are identical (prior to the events in the video depicted above) and their DNA is *almost* identical, would it be fair to describe their copulation as masturbation? Or is it just femshep/maleshep having sex with a *near* clone of herself/himself?
