That's called eyeshadow, son. Women used to put on makeup to make themselves more attractive before Feminism convinced them that femininity is a sign of weakness and being unfit to commune with society. Made almost all of them bitchy tomboys who are trying to be men without any of the consequences of masculinity. Now you see makeup on the faces of girly boys trying to be women because it's way too tough for them to be men in today's world.
