@fellaphilia No defeated does not = dead. You can defeat someone in a game or sport, that doesn't mean that you kill them and they are dead. It just means they lost.

It looks more like she was shot, but the bullets didn't go in.

Well I haven't seen this so not sure, but yeah those are clearly not normal bullets.

They are not bullets they are tranquilizer darts. So one of two darts would not have killed her but shes struck by 7-8 which likely caused her to die. Thats why she shakes so much after getting shot and then her face goes blank as she falls. The same motionless expression remains on her face for the rest of the scene meaning she probably died from all the serum that went through her body so quickly
