Seems to be made from a recycled jet engine. But considering how unstable it looks, I'd recommend adding wings and actual wheels to it.

^I mean, if it's an air vehicle, it's just never going to be stable with 1 source of propulsion (that's not vertical-ish like a helicopter). So... just use your imagination, pretend it's magic and go with it.

It is magic - she's a witch. The tattoo says "Miami Coven" with inverted pentacle and a heart with crossed brooms. The biker cut on her back says Hell's Witches Jacskonville. The bike is nicknamed "Broomy."
