Yeah, there's actually next to no scientific basis to claim large breasts cause back issues. And almost all of the women who claim their tits are hurting their backs aren't even pushing past a D cup; women over F cup sizes never have back issues.
Most women just have poor posture unrelated to breasts; lazy and slouching, and don't bother telling them they need to stand upright, because they'll just claim that's "sexist" and you're "oppressing" them; trust me, seen it happen plenty.
Natural breasts can't truly achieve a weight nearly enough to tax back muscles, especially since breasts being there 24/7 would obviously prompt acclimation to the weight. You'd need naturally sized tits literally as big as Korra's here before the tissues could be heavy enough to pose an issue; several big bust porn stars with implant tits around this image's size - like Beshine and Chelsea Charms - never have back issues, and implant tits are much heavier than natural ones.

So a gal could literally have natural tits this big, and never suffer from back aches if two gals with fake tits this size don't. If you hear any girl with tits smaller than this whining about boob-related back aches, they're bullshitting you for attention, wanting people to affirm the lie that they have huge boobs when they really don't.
