You can tap a planeswalker? Why tho? Their abilities aren't tap abilities, and I can't think of anything that would turn Chandra into a creature. Unless you pair a tap permanent spell with a destroy tapped permanent spell, in which case you're a bad person.

Also gideon of the trials can tap after turning into a creature, there is a sarkhan planeswalker that turns other planeswalkers into 4/4 dragon creatures with flying etc. Tapping a planeswalker doesn't take away their loyalty abilities but it is possible.
