I think Lucy is secretly seducing Natsu without realizing it because she's in love with Natsu, then when she finds out what's happening she freaks out because she doesn't want to openly admit her feelings for him then slaps or punches Natsu while calling him the pervert.
I haven't watched the show, just bits and pieces of the funny clips people put together on youtube, but it seems like Lucy is in love with Natsu, but she hides it and doesn't want to openly admit her feelings for him, although when her mind day dreams it shows her true feelings for him to her. I think Natsu is also in love with Lucy but he doesn't quite understand his feelings for her or something other than he can not be without her in his life, since i think he saves her from death like 20+ times.
