themeless, not quite. What happened was the artist from Breeding season had a contract that meant he reserved all art assets. Partway through Breeding season's devolopment he pulled out, and due to the contract forced the remainming devoloper to stop the game, and refused to sell what art was already in the game, and the artist then plugged his time into his own ripoff version for profit
You really need to look into that again and read both sides first instead of just going with whoever you heard first. besides they already have made more progress than breeding seasons did in 2 years.
More progress than BS? I wouldn't say so. Both sides fked up quite bad, but anon 3 is right, the final dick move than put an end to it all was of epic proportions. Moral of the story is: they all fked up big time, and most the money went to waste. Not that I even care, I think the game got boring and awkward after the last interface and art remake.. A few nice arts here and there, but as a game it got much less fun
