Claiming "Fair Use" is not a safe harbour. Even if you avoid legal penalties, you can lose your revenue stream or your site while your case is pending. Actually, filing frivolous or fraudulent cases is an automatic win for large companies; because they get any revenue (squeezing the transformative artist) until a verdict is reached, and they don't have to pay it back if they lose.

DmitryS doesn't make porn. Porn is a massive industry that, as you refer to it, increases the visibility to the same target audience of properties that are heavily brokered in production costs. I wouldn't be surprised if they were secretly encouraged or even subsidized.
