It's all a matter of perspective. A lot people into this aren't really attracted to the masculine dude, they want to *be* him (self-insertion) as he more closely resembles a normal guy. And that's the second point, it really depends on how you define masculine, because most guys who want to get fucked by shemales or futa look like ordinary dudes, even most of the guys who also want to crossdress while it happens.
