Backstory:

Fuki had been a super popular, super hero over in her homeland of Japan but when she heard of events happening in America, she lept into action. However, once in America she found that few of her powers worked outside her homeland. To better charge her powers, she trained under an old kung-fu mentor. to better her training, he suggested her current outfit... of course she could have sworn he said 'kunt-fu'...
