What's the point of the black bars? I know Japan has that thing for censorship, but they're not hiding anything at all. All they do is pollute artwork.

No, a penis with testicles is the norm, on whatever body they happen to be attached to. Of course it's just fantasy, but one would need enough testosterone to sustain an erection, let alone produce sperm. There's a reason most Western artists put balls on their futa, it just looks better! (see: Dmitry's), but each to their own
