So, let me get the story straight... Kim falls in love with Shego, Shego has sex with Kim's mom, and Drakken becomes the president? I don't really see the correlation.

To explain, Insertpornname's confusion. Drakken used Shego to fall in love with Kim, then cheat on her with Kim's mom to crush her will. That way he could take over without her interference.
