Well, there's a difference between what a pokemon wears and a part of their body. in this case, it's completely reasonable to discard the dress.

Hehe, good joke on Sigmund Freud here in my opinion. Sigmund Freud was considered to be the individual who nearly killed the realm of psychology due to a majority of his research was focused on the idea of 'sensuality'. This image is both a thing of beauty, and a thing of comedy when you understand the context.

Sigmund came up with the idea that teenage boys lusted after their mothers. Since some people think that people in their life are impostors (forgot the name of the mental disorder), he thought this: Boys don't believe their mother is their real mother because they lust after them ("If I am lusting after this person who looks like my mother, then this person must not be my mother"). No good basis on it
