Femdom refers to BDSM relationships and BDSM scenes in which the dominant partner is female. And BDSM is consensual(the "M" stands for "Masochism"). So having it with the "rape" tag is kinda of an oxymoron.

Femdom is short for "female domination" and refers to any circumstance where a female is the dominant partner. It has no intrinsic relation to BDSM.
The presence of bondage does not imply consent.
