According to the original FA submission description by Karaken, the owner of the characters (before he wiped his FA gallery), this is what REALLY occurred on the day Timothy Vladislaus (the lopunny) tried to force himself on his teacher, Aoi Tsuyomi (the gardevoir).
Prior to this pic, there was an image of him technically raping her over her desk, with an accompanying story telling how prior events had led to him taking her virginity (despite the fact that she was married and had never even had sex with her husband), and how he was fucking her again. After that there were several pics showing him defiling her in various places, effectively NTR'ing the unseen husband. She was basically letting him have his way with her whenever he wanted because she was too timid and submissive to make any effort to stop him.
...Or so it seemed. This picture showed the reality of what happened. Aoi losing her virginity to Tim previously (along with all the instances of him fucking her) was nothing more than one of his lecherous fantasies.
