I think that Fili (Snivy) died because of the pain she went through whilst having sex with Ruto (Oshawott). Ruto asks her why she isn't breathing. He remembers the times they had together, including the one where Film says that she loves his "thing". I don't read a lot of Japanese, but I think that that's what's going on. But I have no idea why her eyes are bleeding...
