Once a gif is made, you can't improve it without mass editing. I assume you mean a program that can create a better gif from the original rendering. Rendering it as an APNG will retain all the detail perfectly but will result in a large filesize. If you want more color detail, you'll need a renderer/converter that can either create custom pallets for each frame of supports multiple pallets per frame, though the latter will affect the smoothness of the animation. As for an actual program, I think chooped found a decent one. Ask him.

Side note:
- His legs seem to go through the table. You may want to position her closer to the edge and/or alter the way he moves to prevent this.
- His penis is clipping through her vulva without opening it. I'm guessing that model doesn't allow for vulvar manipulation?

Combat Girl model has a lot of limits, such as poor Vagina model and flexibility.

I figured. I don't think there are many SFM models that do vulva and vagina movements correctly. The "legs through table" thing should be easy enough to fix.
