Uhhhh........ no? The artist has some kind of eye/sight problems, obviously. This is like... nothing at all even remotely like Azula, by a long shot. ... The topless edit doesn't help. It sucks. Dude, seriously, you need to earn a basic understanding of how light and shadow works, and you absolutely have to have a look at faces.

But I am willing to bet you are one of these idiotic white Americans who thinks that Azula looks like Courtney Cox or something.

Clearly many of the characters in Avatar are meant to be Asian, no offense. The fire nation is meant to be Japan, reminiscent of the Japanese empire in case you never noticed. Sigh

But this particular picture doesn't really look like Azula though. You question his art skill but you haven't ever made anything, plus the work around the stomach area in regards to lighting and shows is very good. The breasts actually look misplaced as if some other person came along and edited some picture and tries to put breasts on it, it doesn't look at all the same quality as the rest of the picture.
