Although, are racemenu and CBBE fully compatible? I've had trouble mixing them in the past-something about how the body type changes based on whether I'm wearing clothes or not.

that's not related to racemenu at all. clothes won't magically know (and update itself) that the body was changed from vanilla to CBBE
