Two ways to de-censor.

1. Get an artist to go frame by frame and draw the pixels by hand. A monumental task, especially for a full movie but one I'd pay good money to see.

2. Write a program to examine the tiles as they move and get an idea of what each pixel is supposed to be. Less tedious but more difficult I think. But still, if you did I'd say shut up and take my money!
