Story meant to go along with picture:

"Jin and Aubrey were lucky to find Emma again after they had separated. They helped Emma into the back of their transport and made their way back to home base. Both of them thought of the suggestively shaped alien organism that had attached itself to the Executive Officer.

Once they returned to the hangar, Aubrey left her partner briefly to inform Dr. Alexis Scott that they had returned with Emma and the specimen intact. Afterwards, she came back to help Jin escort Emma to the medical bay. However, that didn't happen.
