Rape actually does make more sence than sex, but I just looked it up, & from the way how Oda responded to the readers question, he describes it as "consent," considering how each other referees to each other. Or at least in Violas case how she refers to Doflamingo, which is the same as his subordanents, "Doffy." Tsk tsk. Logically thinking youd come up with rape because you think Theres no way Viola couldve actually had consensual sex with this guy after what hes done to her kingdom and family. I think its way more complicated than that though. Your forgetting she has spent 10 years with the Donquixote family and as Doffy said Viola is very passionate. Also in Vivre card vol 9 if you read Doflamingos segment its stated that their relationship was of both love and hate and complex. It seems its type of Good girl falls in love with bad guy but also hates bad guy kinda thing which adds complexity to the characters imo
