I'm not a furry myself, so I've got to ask: When you guys picture your true "fursona", is this close to what you visualize mentally? Or do you guys just pretend to be cartoon characters?

It varies A LOT! Some furries have it as a FETISH, some as a LIFESTYLE, and everything in between. So, SOME ppl might picture themselves like this, while SOME may picture themselves as a normal animal. Some can talk and some can't. There are about as many different FURRIES as there are different HUMANS, as they can have the same SEXUAL ORIENTATION as other non furries, and the same FETISHES as non furries. So a furry can be seen as a human with a bit extra. If you wanna know more, i'd be happy to tell you! :)
