I question how a neutered male can be dripping cum and why would he be so happy about losing his man parts? I'm sorry but I don't understand this. I like the art in it though. Looks nice just the logic doesn't quite seem all there.

A neutered male can in fact be dripping fluids, as many of the glands responsible for seminal fluid secretion are not affected by removal of the testicles. For example the Seminal vesicles (located between bladder and rectum are responsible for about 60% of the seminal fluid. The prostate gland and cowper's glands (located underneath the prostate) contribute to that and are also responsible for "pre-cum".
I don't know, however, if it is easily possible for a neutered male to have an erection. I guess external hormone sources (injections, patches, viagra) would be needed.
