It's actually not impossible to be pregnant by multiple fathers at once. Just massively unlikely, as the ovaries would have needed to release multiple eggs in one cycle, and those multiple eggs have to get fertilized. But that's how you get fraternal twins.
So it's very unlikely that you'd manage to A) have 5+ eggs released at once and B) have all those eggs fertilized by different men, but it's not technically impossible.

For this to make sense. She is going to have twins and one of the twins is the avatar and she will die giving birth (due to that there can only be one avatar alive at once)

Actually, the current avatar has to die before the next avatar's conception in order to fulfill the "1 avatar only" requirement since an unborn baby is still technically alive. Therefore it is impossible for one avatar to give birth to another.

Not only that, but there's an cycle that the reincarnation goes through: Earth, Fire, Air, Water. This is why the avatar after Aang was a descendant of the water tribes, because he was a descendant of the air nation, and Avatar Roku before him was of the fire nation, and before him Avatar Kyoshi of the earth kingdom.

So unless there's some earthbender blood somewhere here, you're not going to see Korra popping out a reincarnation of herself anytime soon.

I am the one who had commissioned this on hentai foundry. The reason there are multiple babies with the different elements is not because she's pregnant with a new avatar. If I remember correctly. The reasoning at the time was to begin with Amon used a new and or secret kind of bending that allowed his seed to survive until an egg was released. And some of the bending made it so lots of her eggs were released and for the most part only accepted one seed from each element. The exception was the water element. Amon and her own father were the father's of the two water benders inside of Korra's womb. I feel like I'm off on some details, it's been a long time since I commissioned the pic. The details were on peppernap's page before peppernap's page was closed for some reason.

You guys forget that people can have more than one baby with a single person, and that Korra being the avatar means the babies could have any of the elements that her past lives did.
