True, girls an real life being faking sometimes. I don't know me being a guy an all, girls are complicate but that what I like about them (depending on their personality).

It probably due to the miss translation when dragonball series was first being localize to America an this most likey one of the many mistakes from that translation.

A cyborg is a human with at least one full limb made robotic. An android is a robot made to look/act like a human being. As far as I know, she isn't even part human so she's an android.

#17 and #18 were originally human
them being called "androids" comes from the fact that in japanese the term used is just a generic term that covers both cyborgs (like 17 and 18) and androids (like 16 and 19)
