Her form looks OK, but the lighting/shading is inaccurate. The highlights on her body suggests the light source is behind her (as in shining towards the viewer) but the shadow on the ground appears to be cast by a light shining down. Also she doesn't have any shadows cast on herself, which would happen regardless of where the light source is.

In short: Good form, bad lighting.
