You don't have to download it, if you follow the link and click on any of the links in the Name/Seen table, you'll be able to watch it in your browser.

Saving anything to your hard disk is exactly the same as viewing it in your browser. It is downloaded and cached (saved) on your HDD that way too. Only difference when you save something is that you know where it is and it isn't deleted automatically after a while.
