A character with a missing limbs is an "amputee".
A character with 4 limbs missing is a "quadruple amputee".

Well hes not actually an amputee - his limbs are just captured in some kind of extradimensional space as you can see in the upper panels

actually when you turn a BoH inside out, it just dumps the contents of the bag (a 10x10 foot cube of space) out.

You'd just have to make sure not to accidentially use Bags of Devouring instead.
