That was actually only set to 10 with the size booster to 300%. I could never figure out how to set it to 20.

Really? I had an option that let you manually set it to 20, though the default limit capped at 10. I think you have to deselect all the NPCs and dip into the mod menu to set your player's schlong manually to 20 if you don't grab Essence of Dragon potions. It's been a while since I've played.
